Rebecca Kincaid
Rebecca Kincaid began her career in the insurance industry over 10 years ago as a writing agent. In 2004 she joined Old Mutual Financial Network as a Regional Coordinator where she was responsible for recruiting, training and cultivating relationships with key marketing organizations. She assisted in increasing life territory sales by 20%. Within 2 years she was promoted to Life Regional Manager where she managed the internal sales team and was accountable for supporting $165M in life premium. In 2007, Rebecca was promoted to Annuity Regional Manager; where she managed the internal annuity sales team responsible for supporting $2.1B in annuity product sales as well as team motivation, training, and development. In 2008, Rebecca managed both the life and annuity internal sales teams simultaneously. While in the role of regional manager, she led product launches and agent incentive programs such as PAIR and the Conference of Champions.
Ryan Parker
Ryan is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama where he majored in Finance. Prior to joining Parker Management Company Ryan was a research analyst for Lake Nona Property Holdings were he was responsible for researching strategic opportunities by looking at market trends and conditions in local, regional and national markets and making recommendations to Executive Management.
